Power out on a Saturday night? We respond fast — Michael has arrived within 15 minutes on emergency calls. Nights, weekends and public holidays covered across the Central Coast.
Solar turns your roof into a power station and starts cutting your electricity bill from day one. We design and install grid-connected systems sized to your home, so more of the power you use is power you made yourself.
A home battery stores the solar you make during the day so you can use it at night, instead of buying it back from the grid — and it keeps your essentials running through a blackout. We'll tell you honestly whether it stacks up for your place.
Michael started All Things Power in 2023 after 20+ years as an electrician on the NSW Central Coast. His mission was simple: build an electrical service that genuinely looks after its customers, does the work right first time, and leaves every site cleaner than it found it.
"Michael was fantastic in helping fix my main switch. After a poor installation by AGL causing our main switch to melt & cut power to our house, Michael was able to fix this quickly and explain in depth why the issue was caused. He arrived within 15 minutes of my frantic call & was very professional, helpful & kind to my very chatty 4 year old."
"I highly recommend Michael and All Things Power. Michael answered my telephone calls, and came promptly to look at my electrical concerns. He explained what needed to be done, and why, very clearly and completed the work with great attention to detail. I will be using All Things Power for any electrical work I need in the future."
"Michael is a really great professional! Our main switch blew on Saturday night, leaving us completely without power, but Michael came out on a Sunday morning, super quick, and got everything fixed up right away. He's clearly very experienced and knew exactly what to do. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he was also super honest and straightforward about what needed to be done."
"I called Michael on a Sunday with a really desperate electrical situation. He came out within 20 minutes and calmly sorted it out. He then loaned us tools and used his van to manoeuvre a food truck for us. He went over and beyond what we asked. He is a genuinely nice guy, professional and a great electrician. We really appreciated his help."
"Living in Niagara Park, we required power for our new pool and reached out to All Things Power. They responded promptly, arriving the same day and efficiently completing the power supply installation, trenching, and backfilling. The next day, they returned to finalize the earth wire connection. It was the most professional experience we've had with a tradesman since moving here two years ago."
"We had Mike do some electrical upgrades to both of our factory bays recently. The work included 3 phase power, switchboard works and general power. He did a great job in difficult circumstances. Great price, quick, efficient work and he has a great work ethic. Would 100% recommend All Things Power."

Everything you need to know before booking.
A Level 2 ASP is a specially licensed electrician authorised by the network distributor (Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy) to work on the high-voltage service lines between the street pole and your property. This includes connecting and disconnecting supply, installing private power poles, and overhead/underground mains work — tasks a standard electrician cannot legally perform.
Yes. All Things Power holds full ASP authorisation for both network distributors covering the Central Coast — Ausgrid (northern areas) and Endeavour Energy (southern areas). Our contractor licence number is 459565C, issued by NSW Fair Trading.
All Things Power is a Level 2 Authorised Service Provider for both the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks, and holds NSW Contractor Licence 459565C and Personal Electrician Licence 219119C. We are also accredited with Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) for Grid Connected Photovoltaic (GCPV) work. That means Michael can design and install grid-connected solar systems and claim Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) on your behalf, which reduces the upfront cost of going solar.
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotes for all work. You can request one online via our booking system or call Michael directly on 0401 378 422. We aim to respond same day for most enquiries.
Yes — we offer 24/7 emergency callouts across the Central Coast for loss of power, dangerous faults, storm damage to mains, and any other urgent electrical situation. Michael personally answers every emergency call. Call 0401 378 422 any time.
Absolutely. We specialise in underground power installations using our own excavation equipment, which means faster turnaround and less mess than using a separate contractor. Underground supply is increasingly popular for new builds, renovations, and properties removing overhead lines for aesthetic or safety reasons.
Yes, we manage all notifications and approvals with Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy on your behalf. As a licensed ASP, we're authorised to submit the required work notifications directly, so you don't need to deal with the distributor yourself.
We service the entire Central Coast region including Gosford, Wyong, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Woy Woy, Umina Beach, Avoca Beach, Toukley, Lisarow and all surrounding suburbs in both the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks.
Underground power installation cost depends on trench length, soil type, distance from the existing supply, and whether the existing pit/pillar is in good condition. Because we own our excavation equipment, our quotes are usually 15–25% less than electricians who sub-contract the dig. Call us with your address and we'll give you a free fixed-price quote — typically same day.
Often yes. Older switchboards (pre-2008, ceramic-fuse, or without RCDs) usually need to be upgraded to current Australian Standards before solar inverters or EV chargers can be safely added. We assess your switchboard during the quote and tell you upfront whether an upgrade is required.
Yes. All Things Power Central Coast PTY LTD is a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor (NSW Licence 459565C, ABN 69 673 288 367). Public liability and workers compensation insurance certificates are available on request before any commercial job.
Yes — all installation work is covered by a workmanship warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranty on the components installed. If anything we've installed isn't performing as it should, call us and we'll come back and put it right.
A Level 1 ASP designs and constructs the high-voltage distribution network itself. A Level 2 ASP (like All Things Power) connects, disconnects and maintains the service line between the network's pole and your property — overhead and underground mains, private poles, fuse work and meter installations. Most homeowners and businesses need a Level 2 ASP, not a Level 1.
Yes. We handle complete electrical fit-outs for new builds, renovations and extensions: lighting design, power points, switchboard installation, hot water services and outdoor power. We also coordinate with your builder, plumber and other trades to keep the project on schedule.
Yes. We install both 7 kW and 22 kW EV chargers (single and three-phase), and connect electric hot water systems. Both jobs typically involve a switchboard check first to confirm capacity, which we do as part of the quote.
